2018-Recieved Master of Photography Degree from Professional Photographers of America

2016-Recieved Photographic Craftsman Degree from Professional Photographers of America

2014- President of the Professional Photographers of San Antonio, he has sat on the PPSA Board for the last 4 years.

2014-Sits on the Board of Directors for Texas Professional Photographers Association (TPPA). The last photographer to sit on the state board from Corpus Christi was in 1979.

2012- Fonzie received an award for “Photographer of the Year” from the TPPA. 

2010- Corpus Christi ISD awarded Fonzie the iAchieve Partner in Education Award. 

A member of the Professional Photographers of America (PPA). 

Fonzie was awarded the “Merit of Excellence” for his portraits from PPA for the last 4 years.

Fonzie has dedicated much of his time to our local community organizations like the American Cancer Society, Christus Spohn Cancer Center, Food Bank of Corpus Christi, and Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep.
